In collaboration with SME’s from the Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC – Nonprofit Health & Safety Association, our team designed and built Safety Meta World—a fully interactive virtual manufacturing environment in the metaverse. Using photogrammetry capture, we replicated every detail of various plant floors, construction sites, and other industrial workplaces with stunning realism. Trainees can enter this dynamic 3D world through any web-connected device. They’re immediately transported into a highly accurate digital twin, able to move through spaces, operate machinery, and encounter the same hazards as the real world. But in Safety Meta World, there’s no actual danger. Powered by advanced simulation engines, the environment responds precisely to users’ actions while keeping them safe. Trainees can make mistakes, experience the consequences, and learn through muscle memory—all without risk of injury.
